Group PC also showed a significant increase (P = 0.0005) in Salmonella Typhimurium count at week 8 post infection. Salmonella Typhimurium was detected using TSR3 gene specific primer pair and the data are presented as log10 CFU ± S.E.M. The data were visualised in GraphPad Prism v.8.0.0.
