The HD11 cells were transfected with gga-miR-1306-5p mimics or negative control and gga-miR-1306-5p inhibitor or control inhibitor within a final concentration of 100 nmol/L. At 36 h posttransfection, HD11 cells were stimulated with LPS and after another 3 h, the expression levels of four pro-inflammatory mediators including NF-κB (a), TNF-α (b), IL-6 (c), and IL-1β (d) were then analyzed by qPCR.
