Phylogenetic analysis of CYP11A1 proteins. Phylogenetic tree constructed based on ClustalW alignment of the deduced amino acid sequences of CYP11A1 from different birds. The reliability of the neighbor-joining tree was estimated by bootstrap analysis with 1,000 replicates.
