The red color represents fast growing chicken (WRR) genes while the blue color represents the slow growing chicken (XH) genes. The fold changes were arranged from -1.8 up to 1.8 (P < 0.05). WRRLV means liver tissue from White Recessive chickens. XHLV means liver tissue from Xinghua chickens.
