Experimental design for the identification of sperm-interacting proteome in the bovine oviduct fluid. PBS flushes from the pre-ovulatory isthmus, pre-ovulatory ampulla, post-ovulatory isthmus and post-ovulatory ampulla from two cows were pooled. Four pools of flushes per condition were constituted and incubated with the same pool of sperm for 1 h at 38.5 °C. Sperm and oviduct fluid were then analyzed by NanoLC-MS/MS
