A and B plots are exampled by one sample (ME58q3SU). The downstream is the 2 kb region downstream of the transcription termination site. CGI shores are the 2 kb regions flanking the CGI. CGI shelf left is the 2 kb region upstream of CGI shore left while CGI shore right is the 2 kb region downstream of CGI shore right. The plots of all samples are shown in additional Fig. S1
