CircCPE promoted myoblasts proliferation in a miR-138 dependent manner. (A and B) The expression of marker genes of proliferation was detected by real-time qPCR and western blots after transfection with pCD2.1-NC + mimic NC, pCD2.1-NC + miR-138, pCD2.1- circCPE +miR-138 and pCD2.1-circCPE +mimic NC in bovine myoblasts. (C and D) The ability of proliferation was analyzed using EdU and CCK-8 after transfected with miR-138 mimics or co-transfected with circCPE or circCPE alone. (E) The cell cycle distribution was evaluated using flow cytometry assay after transfected with miR-138 mimics or co-transfected with circCPE or circCPE alone.
