  1. The numbers of 2-cell embryos and blastocyst were counted at 24 and 96 h post-activation (hpa) respectively. The rates of 2-cell embryo and blastocysts-1 were calculated from the number of activated oocytes, the rates of blastocysts-2 were calculated from the number of 2-cell embryos. The values indicate the mean ± standard error (MSE) of three independent experiments. Values with different superscripts (a, b, and c) in the same column are significantly different (P < 0.05)
