The microbial abundance of individual genera affected by Salmonella Typhimurium challenge. The microbial abundance at the genera level of the negative control (NC) group was compared with the Salmonella Typhimurium challenged (SX) group. The data from the samples collected at nine different sampling time-points (days 3, 5, 7 and weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12) were visualised between the NC and SX groups.
