Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves of metabolites in the prediction and diagnosis of mastitis. ROC curve reflects the relationship between sensitivity and specificity. The X-axis is false positive rate (specificity). The closer the X-axis to zero, the higher the accuracy will be. The Y-axis is true positive rate (sensitivity). The larger the Y-axis is, the better the accuracy is. The area under curve (AUC) is used to indicate the accuracy of prediction. AUC value is between 0 and 1, the higher the AUC value is, the higher the accuracy of prediction is. a 10beta-Hydroxy-6beta-isobutyrylfuranoeremophilane; b 12-Oxo-20-dihydroxy-leukotriene B4; c Methenamine; d 5-Hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde; e 6-Methoxymellein
