Clustering of differentially expressed genes. Pigs in 0 d, 30 d, 60 d and 90 d groups (80 d age) were first fed with the control diet for 90, 60, 30 and 0 d and then fed the linseed diet for 0, 30, 60 and 90 d, respectively. At 110 d of age, pigs switched from grower to finisher diet. Transcriptional profiles of longissimus dorsi muscle were measured using Affymetrix Genechip.
