Proteins in red boxes were more abundant in the endometrium of non-pregnant ewes than those in pregnant ewes. Proteins in green boxes were present at lower abundance in the endometrium of non-pregnant ewes than those in pregnant ewes. (B). Representation of DEPs (IC vs. C areas in the pregnant endometrium). Proteins in red boxes were more abundant in the IC area than that in the C area. Proteins in green boxes were less abundant in the IC area than that in the C area.
