One RNA sample of satellite cells was extracted after satellite cells isolated from the muscle of 10 chickens from one group immediately after death on Day 15. Values are means ± SEM. Significant differences are indicated (*P<0.05, **P<0.01). N = 3/group, N is the number of samples for cell culture. The satellite cells from 10 chickens pooled as one sample for cell culture.
