  1. 1Monocytes = CD172a+, B-cells = CD21+, T-cells = CD3+, Granulocytes separated by side scatter. Cell populations do not add to 100% due to some B-cells being counted as granulocytes; this may be related to bovine leukemia virus present in this population of cows
